Before accepting an engagement, we will confirm its scope, the responsible practitioner, required qualifications, applicable standards, independence requirements and the form of report.
What reasonable assurance means
In a formal professional engagement, reasonable assurance means a high level of assurance rather than absolute certainty. The conclusion applies to a defined subject matter and stated criteria. It does not promise that every error, harmful output or future failure will be prevented.
The planned network does not itself establish a licensed CPA firm, authority to issue SOC reports, a regulatory opinion or certification that an AI system is safe.
